Mac's Paint Pots are basically just a cream eyeshadow, but I use it as a base, as it is SO good at accentuating the color and vibrancy of your eyeshadows, it really makes them pop! It also makes your eyeshadows last longer! It's very creamy, non-oily and feels really nice on the skin. It remains tacky so setting it was essential or I had a hard time. I have been using it for YEARS, and I always recommend it to everyone. Painterly was a great shade for my fair/light cool toned skin and I really liked the coverage.
